Yes. We repair any bus shelter, whoever made it. Because we manufacture shelters ourselves, we can make replacement parts to match the original specification, rather than relying on off-the-shelf components.
How quickly can you respond to an urgent repair?
Call us on 01704 547 321 and tell us if the damage is a safety hazard, such as a collapsed post or broken glass in a busy location. We prioritise hazardous damage and will agree a timescale with you on the call.
Can you match the original colour of the shelter?
In most cases, yes. We powder-coat to any RAL colour. If you know the original specification we can match it exactly. If not, we can work from the existing colour to get a very close match.
Our shelter was hit by a vehicle. Can you help with the insurance claim?
Yes. We can provide a written damage assessment, photographs and a detailed repair or replacement quotation to support your insurance claim.
Is it worth repairing, or should we replace the whole shelter?
We will give you an honest assessment. Refurbishment is often much cheaper than replacement and can extend a shelter's life by many years. If a shelter is beyond economic repair because of age, severe structural damage or repeated vandalism, we will say so and quote for a replacement instead.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
